The business is founder led, entrepreneurial and highly results driven, with a strong pipeline of large scale, capital intensive projects alongside the build out of new platforms across both institutional and consumer verticals

Job Description

  • Define and lead the group level marketing strategy across a global, multi sector portfolio
  • Build and articulate a clear and compelling group narrative leveraging the founder's vision
  • Drive investor origination and support business development initiatives across markets
  • Own and manage marketing budgets with full accountability for P&L impact and ROI
  • Establish and evolve brand architecture across infrastructure, technology and consumer platforms
  • Support the development, launch and scaling of new consumer ventures across beauty, F&B and longevity
  • Lead, develop and optimise a lean internal team while building capability as the business grows
  • Implement a data led approach to measure performance, optimise campaigns and drive outcomes
  • Partner with senior leadership to align marketing with commercial and investment priorities
  • Operate with speed and agility across geographies, adapting strategy to different markets and business models

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in corporate or group level marketing within complex, multi entity organisations ideally within a global approach
  • Strong track record of linking marketing to commercial outcomes including revenue growth, deal flow or market expansion
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels as you will have to operate with lean resources initally
  • Experience working in fast paced, founder led or high growth environments under pressure
  • Highly commercial mindset with clear ownership of outcomes rather than activity
  • Agile and pragmatic with the ability to navigate multiple sectors and geographies simultaneously
  • Resilient, driven and able to perform in high-pressure, performance-oriented environments
