Job Description

  • Develop and maintain an effective risk management and compliance framework aligned with industry standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential business risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to ensure continued adherence.
  • Prepare and present reports on compliance and risk management activities to senior leadership.
  • Lead training initiatives to promote a culture of risk awareness across the organisation.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
