Job Description

  • Lead the commercial finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Drive cost efficiency and identify areas for financial improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Present financial performance updates and forecasts to the leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
  • Proven experience in commercial finance within FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
