Job Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive vompliance monitoring and control assurance framework.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance department to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and present reports on control assurance findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance control processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of corrective actions for identified control weaknesses.
  • Provide guidance and training to teams on control assurance best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure alignment with financial services standards
  • Strong data analytics skills

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Compliance Monitoring and Assurance - VP who will be based in London should have:

  • A strong understanding of control assurance processes and frameworks.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to risk and compliance functions.
