About Our Client

The client is a well known brand in the industrial/ manufacturing space in the East Midlands

Job Description

As Head of HR you will be responsible for;

  • Deliver people strategy for Business Unit
  • Support managers across multiple sites with engagement, performance, and development
  • Lead and support the HR team, helping them grow and thrive
  • Take the lead on employee relations and build good relationships across the business
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance and compliance
  • Use HR data to support decision‑making
  • Support change projects such as restructures, integrations and process improvements
  • Manage reward, benefits and recognition programmes



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be;

  • Available immediately or with short notice
  • Commutable to Nottingham c. 4 days per week
  • Strong HR leadership experience, ideally in operational or industrial type environments
  • Confident supporting and influencing managers
  • CIPD L7 or similar
