Michael Page is delighted to be partnering with a fast-evolving UK-based group operating across multiple industries to appoint a Head of HR Operations. This is a pivotal leadership role within the People function, responsible for shaping and delivering a modern, efficient and high-performing HR Operations model across a complex, multi-site organisation of approximately 1,000 employees.

The Birmingham based role supports the UK Managing Director and Group Chief People Officer in delivering the People Strategy for the UK Coach business, while leading Operational HR, Payroll and Recruitment and deputising where necessary for the HRD at UK Board meetings. The role oversees trade union engagement, HR governance, reporting and policy, ensuring high quality HR partnership and effective delivery across all people initiatives.

A charity based in London are looking for an Interim Head of HR Transformation to join on a 12 month duration. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working.

Rate: Equivalent to £100,000 salary (day rate dependent on experience)

The Head of People & Culture will lead the Human Resources function within a high growth organisation, driving strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational performance. This role is based in Nottingham and requires an experienced professional to align HR practices with business goals.
