This role will lead the QMS, and broader QA/RA processes for a small growing clinical stage medical device business.
  • Join a small medical device business, on the cusp of commercial breakthrough
  • Total ownership of QA/RA, with freedom to define processes and systems

About Our Client

Our client is a spin out medical device business. Having completed their R&D, and pilot manufacture tests, they are now in clinical trials and moving towards commercial stage.

Job Description

  • Continue to develop and improve the QMS, in line with customer and regulator expectations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all internal and external facing QA/RA duties
  • Train and coach the business employees on QA related topics
  • Contribute to SLT discussions with the view point of maintaining compliance, and promoting best practice in QA/RA
  • Liaise with clinical trial contacts, providing oversight on Quality related enquiries

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant will have:

  • History of leadership roles within Medical Device businesses
  • Knowledge of clinical trials will be preferential but not essential
  • Work with notified bodies is also preferential
