Job Description

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of employee records and documentation.

  • Support onboarding processes by preparing offer letters and organising induction materials.
  • Respond promptly to HR-related enquiries from employees and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and update HR systems with relevant information.

  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by the HR team.

The Successful Applicant
