Job Description

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
  • Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and talent reviews.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver projects and initiatives effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

Qualifications

  • CIPD Associate (or equivalent experience) with up-to-date employment law knowledge
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD




Skills & Experience

  • Proven HR generalist/advisory experience with strong employment law knowledge
  • Confident managing employee relations cases
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Discreet, professional and approachable with a commercial mindset
  • IT literate across Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to continuous improvement and development
