In addition to their core manufacturing operations, the business also supports consumer‑facing ventures in London, reflecting their commitment to traceability, local sourcing and celebrating the full journey from farm to table.Job DescriptionProvide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.Manage employee relations cases, including performance management and disciplinary matters.Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Maintain and update HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Deliver HR reports and analytics to support decision-making within the business services sector.Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and support employee development plans.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant will be an experienced HR professional with solid knowledge of UK employment law and proven confidence in managing ER cases independently, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
