Job Description

  • Offer expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organisational goals.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and facilitating interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experiences.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives across the organisation.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management and development strategies.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant
