As an HR Business Partner, you'll support a diverse operational workforce, delivering practical people solutions that help leaders achieve their objectives and drive organisational success. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll provide expert HR advice, lead change initiatives, support workforce planning and manage complex employee relations matters within a dynamic and evolving environment

Job Description

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and staff.
  • Support recruitment processes, including candidate selection.
  • Manage employee relations issues, offering advice and resolutions.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational standards.
  • Deliver training and development programmes to employees.
  • Analyse HR data and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in analysing HR data and preparing reports.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Experience in delivering training and development initiatives.
  • A proactive approach to improving HR processes.
