Job Description

  • Lead and develop the People Adviser, providing coaching and support to maximise performance
  • Partner with leaders to understand challenges and deliver commercially focused, medium-long term people solutions
  • Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters
  • Use data and insight to shape effective, evidence-based people strategies
  • Support acquisitions and onboarding activity, ensuring alignment with policies and processes
  • Assist in adopting new technology and data-led approaches to improve services and experience
  • Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience and streamline people journeys



The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:Qualifications:
CIPD qualified (or equivalent)

Experience:

  • Generalist HR experience with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach
  • Strong Employee Relations knowledge with a track record managing complex cases
  • Experience delivering people solutions aligned to business strategy
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Solid understanding of ER, engagement, wellbeing, D&I and employment law



Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data into insight
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, with a service-led mindset
  • Confident relationship builder with strong stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
  • Proficient across HR systems and MS Office
  • Passion for coaching and developing others
  • Proactive, solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity and delivery
