About Our Client

Michael Page are excited to partner with a UK wide organisation with a site in West Bromwich to appoint for a HR Business Partner role on a 3 month interim contract to start asap.

This role can offer hybrid working - 1 day onsite per week in West Bromwich, and 4 days home (business needs dependent)

Job Description

Working as part of a small HR team, the role of HR Business Partner is an interesting and varied position to support with a range of projects.

This will include but not limited to:

Up-skilling and training line managers
Producing a HR toolkit for management and leadership
Development a new EVP for this successful organisation.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal applicants for this role will have a generalist HR background with previous experiences dealing with similar projectsYou will be available to start immediately or with short notice (circa 1-2 weeks) and be happy to commit to a 3 month interim role.
