Job Description

  • Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Lead and coordinate the Learning & Development Training Programme.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support the HRIS project, including data management, workflow development and system integration activities ahead of the new system launch.
  • Assist with employee queries and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure compliance with learning and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyse people data to support business decision-making.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with wider business departments to support HR-related projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

  • Previous experience within a Human Resources or administrative role, ideally gained within a professional services environment.
  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a wider team.
