Job Description

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes to support staff growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver HR initiatives effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Generalist should have:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law in the Public Sector.
  • Experience handling recruitment and employee relations matters.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate HR records and data analysis.
  • Ability to provide sound and professional HR advice to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work effectively in a temporary role and adapt quickly to new environments.
  • Basic DBS required.
