As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting schools across the Trust, providing high-quality, proactive HR advice and delivering people-focused solutions that drive positive outcomes for staff and students alike.Job DescriptionProvide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders across the Trust on all people matters Lead and manage a wide range of employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence casesBuild strong, trusted relationships with academies, acting as a key HR partnerSupport recruitment, induction, probation and performance management processesEnsure effective implementation of HR policies and compliance with employment legislationConduct investigations, hearings and present cases where requiredLead on absence management and provide insightful reporting to support decision-makingContribute to the development and delivery of HR strategy and initiativesSupport organisational development, training and continuous improvement across the TrustLine manage and support HR administration colleaguesThe Successful ApplicantCIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)Strong generalist HR background with proven experience managing complex employee relations casesUp-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholdersStrong communication, organisational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently across multiple sites and manage a varied workloadA proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvementA valid driving licence and willingness to travel between Trust sitesWhy join C.I.T and the HR Team?
