Job Description

As HR Team Assistant, you will;

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as required.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Support the organisation of training sessions and employee development initiatives.
  • Respond to HR-related queries from employees and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for the HR team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Team Administrator should have:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role.
