Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end implementations, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailedplans and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and address any risks or issues promptly.
  • Ensure seamless communication between technical teams and clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve any outstanding issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Implementation Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing complex ERP system implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A solid understanding of software implementation processes and methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment.
