Job Description

  • Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Business partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage cashflow, controls, and compliance.
  • Oversee systems, processes, and improvements.
  • Deliver year-end accounts and audit.
  • Manage payroll and line manage finance staff.

The Successful Applicant

  • A recognised qualification in accounting or finance. (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
  • Experience of financial control in a not for profit environment.
  • Strong systems, reporting, and process improvement experience.
  • Experience in change management and system implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management.
