Job Description

An Interim Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to:

  • Review the current ED&I function and offering to provide improvements
  • Improve senior representation in the organisation
  • Develop best ED&I practice across the organisation
  • Influence recruitment best practice and inclusive hiring techniques
  • Deliver Equality Impact Assessments
  • Focus on making a difference on culture, representation and influence positive change
  • Look at re-establishing Employee Network Groups, and realign the governance and framework
  • Review the ED&I training offering for staff
  • Review the pay gap report and diversity data to identify recommendations for improve, with a key focus on disability

The Successful Applicant

An Interim Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with:

  • Previous experience of improving an ED&I function and re-aligning the ERG's
  • Previous NFP or housing sector experience
  • Able to start at short notice
