Interim Head of Finance, Audit and Risk

· Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and statutory reporting.

· Oversee governance frameworks and ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and shareholder requirements.

· Support Board and Audit & Risk Committee activities, providing clear and accurate reporting.

· Manage external audit processes, coordinate auditor engagement, and implement recommendations.

· Maintain and develop the corporate risk management framework and risk register.

· Ensure effective financial controls, compliance procedures, and fraud prevention measures are in place.

· Monitor commercial performance, including pricing, margins, working capital, and financial sustainability.

· Conduct benchmarking and value-for-money assessments to support operational efficiency and competitiveness.

· Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership, balancing governance obligations with commercial objectives.

· Drive continuous improvement across finance, assurance, risk, and reporting processes.
