Job Description

  • Manage employee relations, including providing advice on policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices.
  • Support line managers with performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Provide guidance on learning and development opportunities for staff.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:

  • Experience in Human Resources, particularly in employee relations and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
  • Experince in a higher eductaion setting
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
