Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of retirement living schemes, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Supervise and support the team to provide excellent care and housing services to residents.
  • Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Keep accurate records and reports related to property management and resident services.
  • Respond to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in implementing policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Support the development of community activities to enhance residents' quality of life.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retirement Living Team Lead should have:

  • Experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance standards.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
