Job Description

This is a hands-on short-term Reward assignment with a clear focus on job evaluation and benchmarking activity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading job evaluation processes using the Mercer methodology (essential)
  • Reviewing and evaluating existing role profiles to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to gather role information and context
  • Supporting the refinement and application of reward frameworks and grading structures
  • Providing guidance and insight on job levelling and internal equity
  • Ensuring robust documentation and governance across evaluation processes
  • Contributing to short-term project objectives within a defined time frame



This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone comfortable operating autonomously and adding value quickly.

The Successful Applicant



We are keen to speak with experienced Reward professionals who offer:

  • Proven experience in job evaluation using the Mercer methodology (essential)
  • A strong background in reward, compensation, or organisational design
  • Experience working within project-based or interim roles
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across HR and the wider business
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong analytical capability
  • Confidence in working independently within a remote environment
  • Immediate or short notice availability is highly desirable - start first of June is essential.
