Job Description

  • Lead the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets to support business planning.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for senior management and relevant teams.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements for financial reporting and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in financial planning and analysis within the retail industry.
  • Professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and present clear recommendations.
  • Experience working with financial modelling and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across the business.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
