Job Description

International Business Development Manager will creating opportunities in Middle East Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates |Complex Projects.

Based in the UK or in Region.

An exciting opportunity to join a market-leading engineering-led manufacturer, delivering large-scale infrastructure and sports projects across the Middle East.

This is not a transactional sales role - it's about winning complex projects, influencing specifications, and shaping major developments across the region.

You'll take ownership of international business across the Middle East, driving growth across a portfolio of high-profile, technically complex applications, including:

  • Airports & major transport hubs
  • Oil & gas (onshore & offshore)
  • Roads, highways & bridges
  • Stadiums (football, cricket, global events)
  • Major leisure projects including golf developments
  • Identifying, developing and securing large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Engaging with consultants, architects, contractors and specifiers to win specifications

You'll be working at the front end of projects - influencing key stakeholders and securing long-term, high-value business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager ME region should have:

  • Proven experience in international B2B sales within a project-led environment
  • Background in infrastructure, construction, engineering or technical products
  • Experience working across or living in the Middle East
  • Track record of winning or influencing complex, specification-led projects
  • Winning and delivering high-value project contracts
  • Growth in regional market share and strategic accounts
