My client is looking for an International Financial Accountant to join them on a temporary basis, to take full ownership of the monthly financial accounting for the overseas entities. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance and high‑quality reporting across international operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of financial information feeding into Group accounts.
  • Hybrid role - 2-3 days in the office in Dartford and 2-3 days from home

About Our Client

High growth business based in Dartford

Job Description

· Produce accurate monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations for international entities.

· Manage inter‑company reconciliations and support transfer‑pricing compliance.

· Prepare VAT returns, working with overseas agents to ensure timely submissions, payments and refunds.

· Support external audits by preparing statutory accounts and required documentation.

· Provide technical support to the Junior Accountant and assist with wider finance projects.

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for someone with the following experience

· Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

· Strong experience in financial accounting and reporting, including preparation of financial statements and VAT returns.

· Solid understanding of audit processes and statutory reporting requirements.

· Experience of working with international entities

· Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with accounting systems and data extraction tools.

· High level of accuracy, analytical capability and problem‑solving skills.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with overseas agents, auditors and internal stakeholders.This role is due to start in the middle of February so availability is key.
