Job Description

* Creation of investment strategies for core markets, as well as additional markets when required.

* Execution and oversight of the investment budget.

* Sharing expertise and market insights on NPL/PL sectors with Analysts.

* Managing relationships with key internal business units.

* Completion and delivery of investment projects.

* Lead major or complex transactions with support from Analysts.

* Oversee the deal team across non‑performing, performing, and secured loan portfolios.

* Prepare investment proposals and present them to the investment committee.

* Present deal summaries and investment rationale to senior leadership.

* Define valuation approaches for transactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investment Manager should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Investment or Asset Management within an investment or financial role.
  • A strong degree in economics, mathematics, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Understanding of NPL/PL markets.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Alteryx.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret and extract insights from large data sets.
  • Strong quantitative capabilities with proven analytical and modelling expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages beneficial).
