This role is within the leisure, travel and tourism industry, based in Woking and full time in the office.

Job Description

  • Provide first and second-line IT support to staff, resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Assist with hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with the technology team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document IT processes and maintain accurate records of support activities.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
  • Provide user training and guidance to enhance understanding of IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support Analyst should have:
