Job Description

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
  • Support the team with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and budgeting reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and professional standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and assistance.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other financial documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Accountant should have:

  • A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
