Job Description

Stay updated on changes to property and financial services law.You will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including:

  • Draft and review property-related legal documents and contracts.
  • Assist with property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
  • Provide legal advice on property law and compliance matters.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage risk assessments for property deals.
  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve legal issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage case files effectively.
  • Be a part of the legal department while supporting with general administrative tasks as needed.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Property Solicitor should have:

  • A qualification to practise as a solicitor in the UK.
  • Minimum of 6 months worth of experience within Commercial Property
  • Knowledge of property law and its application within financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.

What's on Offer

  • Salary between £45,000 and £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
