Job Description

The Lead In-house Commercial Counsel will be:

  • Leading and developing the in-house legal function
  • Advising on complex commercial, technology, and procurement matters
  • Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives
  • Drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to manage legal risk

The Successful Applicant

The Lead In-house Commercial Counsel should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ years PQE
  • Experienced in commercial contracts, technology, or procurement law
  • Comfortable operating in a senior, strategic role
  • Proven in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making
  • Interested in building and shaping a legal function
