Job Description

  • Manage leasehold property portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Prepare and issue service charge budgets and statements to leaseholders.
  • Handle leaseholder queries and provide clear, professional advice and support.
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance for leasehold properties.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all leasehold activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Monitor and manage leasehold payments, addressing arrears where necessary.
  • Assist with any legal or compliance matters related to leasehold properties.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Leasehold Officer/property sales officer should have:

  • Experience in property management or leasehold administration.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant property and leasehold legislation.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
