Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join the firm's highly regarded Leveraged Finance team, working closely with leading partners in the field. The team is consistently ranked among the best for lender-side mandates and private credit transactions, providing associates with unparalleled experience in sophisticated financing structures.

  • Advise lenders, including major banks and private credit funds, on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate complex financing documentation.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on cross-border deals.
  • Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years' PQE in leveraged finance at a leading international or top-tier UK firm.
  • Strong experience acting for lenders; private credit experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding academic background (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
