Join a Not For Profit Housing Association as a Litigation Locum in the Legal department, where you will provide specialist support on Housing and Disrepair matters. Job Description

The successful candidate will take ownership of litigation relating to:

  • housing disrepair claims;
  • anti-social behaviour injunctions;
  • anti-social behaviour possession claims;
  • tenancy fraud possession claims;
  • prosecutions under the Environmental Protection Act; and
  • money claims.

They will also conduct advocacy where appropriate in order to protect the interests of the Housing Association and its partners.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or Cilex qualified Lawyer with Higher Practising Rights).They will be likely to have at least 7 years PQE and have demonstrable experience of disrepair/housing litigation (including advocacy experience).They will be available to start at short notice and to attend the office on Norwich on a hybrid basis.
