London Permanent £50,000 - £55,000 per year View Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for any finalist/part-qualified management accountants to work in a highly autonomous role where you will be trusted to run the full end-to-end cycle for month end, working closely with the Group FC and providing key insights to investors & senior stakeholders across the business. You'll be tasked with improving the monthly management accounts, and trusted to implement new controls and processes to speed up reporting process.

Job Description

  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Reconcile accounts and manage financial discrepancies effectively.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Part-qualified management accountant, with clear month-end improvement experience.
  • Previous experience within the property & real estate industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong Excel & manual reporting skills, with an ability to collate and understand information across the business.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams.
