Management Accountant

Attention all qualified Accountants.

My client, a leading Not for Profit organisation based in Cardiff are looking for a Management Accountant to join their Finance team on a Permanent basis.

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, the Management Accountant will play a pivotal role in the team.Duties will include, but not limited to;

• Prepare and post monthly journals
• Prepare Cost and Balance sheet reconciliations
• Produce insightful month end financial reports to support decision-making processes including variance analysis.
• Develop financial plans, budgets and run rates for business areas.
• Deliver detailed cost analysis to deliver operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance financial processes.
• Provide support for audits and ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Deliver clear financial advice to stakeholders within the organisation.
