Job Description

Financial Planning: Drive the accuracy of month-end activities, rolling forecasts, and annual budget cycles.
Balance Sheet Ownership: Take full control of critical reconciliations, including managing a high-scale inventory portfolio
Performance Tracking: Manage overheads and bank reconciliations, comparing real-time performance against budgets to keep stakeholders informed.
Strategic Cashflow: Lead monthly cashflow reporting and provide oversight/forecasting for all on-site capital expenditure (CapEx) projects.
Business Partnering: Work directly with operational and support functions to identify bottlenecks, automate reporting, and slash unnecessary costs.
Process Innovation: Continuous development of automated reporting tools to deliver faster, sharper insights to the leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

Progressing toward qualification: Currently a part-qualified accountant actively pursuing final professional certification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
Technical expertise: Advanced Excel proficiency with a proven track record in fast-paced finance departments.
Process optimization: A collaborative team player dedicated to refining financial workflows and solving complex operational problems.
Efficiency under pressure: Adept at managing high-volume data and strict month-end deadlines with high accuracy and personal ownership.
Principled delivery: Highly organized and capable of independent task prioritization while maintaining strict compliance with group accounting standards.
