Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support business performance tracking.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends and variances.
  • Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems.
  • Assist in cash flow management and cost control initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
  • Proven experience in management accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • An ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and efficiency.
