About Our Client

The client are a leading training and assessment business within the financial services sector. Having recently secured private equity investment, they are entering the next phase of growth, focused on scaling its product offering and expanding globally, building a more structured, product-led marketing engine.The business are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, product marketing activity, and performance across the core marketing function.

This role sits at the centre of the marketing team, responsible for executing campaigns end-to-end, supporting product positioning and go-to-market activity, and translating marketing and client activity into high-quality content that drives awareness and inbound demand.

Reporting into the Director of Marketing and working closely with the Chief of Content & Culture, this role focuses on delivery and execution while contributing to broader marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager role:

Campaign Management & Delivery

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns and events
  • Plan and coordinate multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, landing pages, events)
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and campaign assets
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  1. Content, Thought Leadership & Case Studies
  • Develop and manage case studies across corporate and university partners
  • Capture outcomes, insights, and success stories from client activity
  • Create content across LinkedIn, website, email, and sales materials
  • Support delivery of thought leadership (blogs, reports, campaign narratives)
  • Translate client work into clear, engaging stories that strengthen positioning and drive inbound demand
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels
  1. Product Marketing & Go-To-Market
  • Support positioning and messaging across key solutions
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution
  • Develop campaign messaging, product content, and supporting materials
  • Support product launches and announcements
  1. Performance & Reporting
  • Track and report on campaign performance and key metrics
  • Monitor website performance, conversion rates, and inbound activity
  • Support ongoing optimisation of campaigns and channels
  • Provide insights to inform future activity
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, operations)
  • Collaborate with corporate clients and partners on campaign delivery
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • 4-7 years' experience in marketing (B2B, product, or campaign-focused roles)
  • Strong experience managing campaigns end-to-end
  • Experience in product marketing or go-to-market activity
  • Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing platforms)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
