MRO Buyer

Key Responsibilities for the MRO Buyer:

• Engage indirect suppliers and internal functions to challenge and define requirements for indirect supplies and services to reduce and improve Total Acquisition Costs
• Identify reliable suppliers and maintain a qualified vendor list for MRO goods and services
• Develop and negotiate Supply Contracts defining requirements and terms of supply ensuring compliance with the business terms of purchase.
• Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of MRO items to meet operational needs
• Development and implementation of sourcing policies and processes to improve effectiveness of the indirect category.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders alongside suppliers to provide continuous improvement and Strong cost saving with the business.
• Develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
