I am seeking a commercially minded, creative NPD Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative new products and range updates for an exciting brand. Job Description

  • Develop and refine new product concepts aligned with brand positioning and market opportunities
  • Oversee full critical path management, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to brief
  • Source packaging, materials, and design inspiration to ensure products remain innovative and trend-led
  • Collaborate with licensor's, suppliers, and internal teams across design, sales, operations and marketing
  • Manage commercial feasibility, target costings, margins and budgets for all projects
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support marketing and in‑store communications for launches
  • Present product concepts and launch plans to internal teams and external brand partners

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience in NPD or product development, ideally in beauty, toiletries, or gifting
  • Strong track record managing end‑to‑end projects and working with Far East suppliers
  • Commercial awareness, including margin management, costing and retail impact
  • Highly organised with strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (design software a plus)
  • Excellent communicator, problem solver, and collaborator across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and creative mindset
  • Minimum A‑Level education; marketing or business‑related degree preferred
  • Strong English language and numerical skills
