They pride themselves on offering a supportive, collaborative working environment with a strong focus on flexibility, employee wellbeing and professional development.Job DescriptionSupport the day-to-day coordination of finance operations processesMaintain and update data across internal systems and databasesLiaise with a range of internal stakeholders to resolve queries and provide supportAssist with internal audits and compliance activitiesSupport governance and reporting processesEnsure accurate record keeping and data integrityProduce reports and analyse information using Excel and other systemsAssist with process improvement initiatives and administrative projectsCoordinate and monitor operational activities to ensure deadlines are metBuild and maintain effective working relationships across multiple departmentsProvide general operational and administrative support to the wider teamThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levelsPrevious experience in an administrative, coordination, operations or support-based roleExcellent organisation and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentStrong customer service and stakeholder management skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office applicationsGood Excel skills (beneficial but not essential)Experience supporting audits, compliance activities or governance processes (beneficial but not essential)Experience working with systems, databases or reporting tools (beneficial)Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a teamPlease note: Previous finance experience is not required.
