  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support organisational objectives.
  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team, and healthcare professionals, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across departments.
  • Lead and support teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operational processes.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Operations Director should have:

  • Extensive experience in managing operations within the services sector on a nationwide scale.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively across a large workforce.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance improvement.

  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
