Job Description

  • Identify and implement process improvements across logistics operations.
  • Analyse current operations to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes to ensure success.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and results.
  • Train and support team members on new systems and processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for resolving operational challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Improvement Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in delivering Lean or Six sigma projects in Logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
  • Good stakeholder management experience
  • Qualification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies is advantageous
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.

What's on Offer

  • Salary of up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.

  • 10% performance-based bonus.
  • Permanent position with national travel that can be based in Evesham, Washington, Spalding, Aylesford
