We prioritise safety, collaboration and continuous improvement - and we invest heavily in helping our people grow their skills and build long‑term careers.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do· Operate safely and comply with all Imerys EHS and COSHH requirements· Support daily operational activities across mining, refining or drying areas· Monitor processes, inspect equipment and make basic adjustments· Use digital systems including SCADA or control‑room interfaces· Operate or support mobile plant (training provided)· Maintain high housekeeping standards· Contribute to continuous improvement, including I‑Cube initiatives· Communicate effectively across shifts· Complete operational and reporting tasks accuratelyTraining, Development & ProgressionWe welcome applicants with all levels of experience - from those early in their career to experienced operators.
