They operate as a medium to large organisation and are focused on maintaining high standards in corporate governance and operational efficiency.Job DescriptionThe part time Assistant Company Secretary will report into the Deputy Company Secretary and support on:Corporate governanceDraft governance papers for Board and Committee meetings and review those prepared by the Company Secretariat Assistant (CSA)Act as secretary to, attend and minute the Remuneration Committee, Nomination and Governance Committee and Disclosure Committee meetingsProject manage the production of the Company Secretariat sections of the Annual Report and Accounts; including assigning drafting responsibilities, ensuring the appropriate reviews have taken place and publication of the Annual Report and Accounts.
