Job Description

  • Manage office supplies, inventory levels, vendor relationships, and general office upkeep.
  • Greet and support visitors, handle incoming calls, and direct enquiries appropriately.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, diary management, and minute‑taking.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, correspondence, and emails.
  • Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems and perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Oversee facilities-related tasks including maintenance coordination, office security, and policy compliance.
  • Support company events and assist with site visits to ensure smooth administrative operations.



HR:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, CV logging, interview scheduling, and maintaining job descriptions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate employee records and smooth transitions.
  • Maintain HR databases and administer employee benefits, payroll information, and leave management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as an Administrator in a professional services organisation
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive and professional approach to work.
  • Can commute to Coventry Monday to Friday 30 hours per week
  • Office based
