Job Description

As a Partner, you will act as a Page advocate, generating referrals and cross-selling across the group.You will foster a collaborative work environment, share best practices, and contribute to their respective Global & Regional Practice area. The Partner will achieve commercial success, demonstrate leadership behaviours, and uphold integrity and professionalism. By leveraging market insights and innovative search strategies, they will enhance Page Executive's market presence and ensure client satisfaction., your main responsibilities will include:Commercial & Financial Performance

  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including gross profit and conversion rates, to ensure growth and effective commercial success within the defined scope.
  • Achieve commercial targets and expectations aligned with regional PE strategic objectives through high productivity, strong and consistent P&L, and conversion rates.
  • Demonstrate social impact by championing our DEI and ESG agenda, and enhance customer experience by focusing on NPS.



Revenue Generation and Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and industry sectors at a senior leadership and executive level.
  • Win business to refer to team members or other Page brands, delivering against individual revenue goals agreed with the line manager.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, while driving to secure new business opportunities and expand the PE client base.
  • Develop proposals, RFP responses, and maintain a consistently high level of customer meetings.
  • Incorporate insights on DEI processes and best practices.



Page Advocate

  • Act as a local ambassador for PE, build collaborative and effective relationships with country peers (and where possible, regionally) across all brands and ensure effective and regular communication.
  • The ability to positively influence these relationships will be critical in the development of PE, both internally and externally.
  • Foster a culture of proactive cross-selling that sees PE create material revenue generating opportunities for other Page businesses.

Industry Expert

  • Be famous for being an expert in your specialist area. This should be achieved by creating a strong personal brand within the industry, with increasing visibility as a thought leader.
  • Maintain and grow your strong network of contacts, with a positive reputation for professionalism and delivering results with integrity.
  • Leverage social media, and industry events and networks, to ensure that you are seen as the expert of choice in your field.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Ensure all activities comply with respective legal and ethical standards.
  • Generate data and analysis to support your own strategy and decision making whilst ensuring enriched data after each assignment or interaction.

The Successful Applicant

It is great if you have prior experience in similar industry, but if not, we are open to hiring candidates from non-search background.

  • Proven expertise in sales and business development, especially with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of sustained commercial success, consistently meeting expectations on productivity and performance.
  • A strong network of contacts and a track record of building successful partnerships.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional client Service.
  • A results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Possess a strong level of commercial acumen.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in client-facing environment.
